Monthsary Letter in Creative Ways #8: Love is patient and kind

Featured letter today is from my office mate. Lucky me because she allowed me to share her Monthsary Letter for her boyfriend. They just celebrated their 3 months of being together. :)

This is the envelope of the letter. Printed in the envelope is the famous 1 Corinthian 13:4-7 verse.

Monthsary Letter in Creative Ways #7: So Happy Together

For today's post, I will feature the 7th Monthsary Letter my office mate had given to his boyfriend. Both of them are my office mates so I can easily describe the couple and can even share a little bit of their love story.

On that time they were both single. Since on that condition, someone introduce them to each other and of course, teased too. Haha. And that is the beginning of their beautiful love story.

This is the top view of the letter. The letter was folded on three columns.

The left part of the letter is the most front part of the letter. When you lifted it up, the second part can be seen which is the right part of the letter.

  The right part is also filled with pictures and captions. The arrangement was so cute with over flowing hearts. The middle picture caption is When you found the right person, love doesn't grow old, it grows better. ♥

 I think my office mate is describing her feelings to her bf. How she felt with their shared love.

You make my eyes twinkle.

Hearts! I love you so much mahal ko! is their endearment which actually means My Love.

I love the heart with their picture at the top. The letter was written on August 8, 2010, and that was three years ago. I will love you till they take my heart away.

Monthsary Letter in Creative Ways #6: Happy 33rd Monthsary

Below this post is the 33rd Monthsary Letter I have given to my boyfriend. For this post, I will feature his letter for me. But before that, let me remind you that among the two of us, he is the one better in art. Haha. I have to admit that I'm second best. Just review my posts where I feature his letters.

This is the front cover of his letter. This is made of illustration board. Covered by a 'scrapbook' paper design. The cupcake at the center was just bought on the store and pasted at the center.

The illustration board was bind through screws. My boyfriend also put blue string on the side for a cute effect. Haha.

Here is the inside view of the letter. These pictures were taken at the Ecopark. When I posted these pictures on Facebook, friends thought that these are pre-nuptial pictures. Haha. I have to explained that we just fond of taking pics with balloon props.

On the right side part of the letter, below my pictures is his actual letter for me. He called me honeydudz, while on my letter I call him honeybunchkins. Haha. Cheesssssyyyyy! We just used that endearment on our letters. On daily life... NOOOOOOO! Haha.

Monthsary Letter in Creative Ways #5: Love is Patient and Kind

The first month of 2013 signifies our 33rd Monthsary. And since its already 2013, the Monthsary Letter I prepare has something to do with this numbers. Clueless?

Its 1 CORINTHIAN 13 verse for January 2013. Haha. Its also our 33rd Monthsary. Lots of 3's. I love it.

On the front cover, you will see my own handwriting of the verse. I bought different color pen for this card. I write directly on the paper, without breathing. Haha. Kidding. I trust myself so much that I know, I will not misspelled words or will have erasures, because if I did, I have to repeat all over again in a clean sheet of paper. Luckily, I did it one time. :)

Let me explain why I chose this verse. Aside that it is one of my most favorite verse, it also serves as my guide whenever my boyfriend and I have problems. Example I get jealous, I'll just remind myself that 'Love is not jealous or boastful...' and instantly I'm fine. Sometimes if I wait for my boyfriend for so long, I'll just think that 'Love is Patient and Kind'. Or when I get irritated, 'Love is not irritable...'. See? Everything about Love is already in this verse. Love bears, believes and endures all things. 1 Corinthian 13 is really a guide not just for lovers but for everyone of us. ♥

This is how my card looks like when you open it.On the left is my doodles. If you have browse my blog in the past, you will see some of my posts where I also drew. Yay! I know I'm not good in drawing, but I really love doing it. Haha. On the right side is my personal letter for him. I call him honeybunchkins in letters. I call him dudz/dudes in front of the crowd. I call him honey/hon if I will ask for a favor. Haha. :p

Because I am proud of my doodles, I'll explain it. Haha. Those doodles actually are my boyfriend's favorites. He loves Nike shoes, guitar, car that should be in black. He loves to play basketball, play/watch movies on laptop. We love to eat too. His favorites are pizza, hotdogs, chicken, donuts, fries, eggs, cakes, ice cream and chili. Among those doodles, I think his most favorite is the girl in the center. Haha. The girl's name is TIN. And that's ME. Haha. Yehey. (I just assume that I am his favorite. Haha. But I think he has no choice but ME as his most favorite. Lol)

 

I love you not because of who you are but because of who I am when I am with you. ♥

Monthsary Letter in Creative Ways #4

This is actually a long overdue post. In reference with this post,  a letter given by my boyfriend on our 20th months, what you will see in this post is my exchange letter for him. As you scroll down, don't expect too much because I am not really an artist. Anyway, its always been 'its the thought that counts'. Hehe.

This is a card made from a bond paper, folded four times. For the drawing, a man is hugging a woman at the back. It is a simple drawing. Anyone can do it easily.

But I think, what made this card beautiful is the content. See my handwriting. :)

Once upon a time, something happened to me, it was the sweetest thing that ever could be. It was the day I met you. ♥ 

Here is the inside letter. I know all you can see is blurred letters, but what I want you to see is I only folded the card. That simple.

You don't need to spend a lot to express your love to someone. This is simple but the content is really meaningful.
